Driving manners

I may not be well qualified as an observer to comment on the state of driving skills and manners being practiced here but based on what I have seen and felt I can say that generally people here follow the driving rules and ethics very well. They may not care, and rightly so, about padestrains who do not play their part in ensuring smooth and easy flow of traffic by not following rules they should be abiding by. One thing I observed however is not satisfactory in my opinion, the driving skills of public transport bus drivers. In particular are the not-so-good driving of the bus route which I take daily to reach my university. Frequent awkard braking disregarding the state of passengers on board is often annoying for me and even a ride of 15-20 minutes sometimes becomes too much of a ride. I wonder if there is some procedure for registering a complaint with the company auhtorities. Another observation, somewhat unrelated, is that the wemen bus captains of the particular bus route mentioned are however better at driving smoothly than men.
